Booking & Cancellation Terms & Conditions

Booking Terms

  • For courses bookings made within 6 weeks prior to the intended date full payment must be made at time of booking.
  • For course bookings which are to be invoiced to a company, a purchase order for the full amount must be received by Tayside Powerboats prior to confirmation.
  • You can make payments by any lawful means, all monies we receive must be for the full amount owed.
  • Tayside Powerboats reserve the right to revise course prices as required, any bookings made prior to any increase will be honoured if paid in full.

Cancellation by Client

  • Any changes or cancellations must be received in writing or by email.
  • All course cancellations will be subject to an administration fee of £35.
  • For any reason you are unable to attend your booked course, we ask that you provide 21 days’ notice, we will try to offer you alternative dates, however the administration fee will apply.
  • If you cancel within the 21 days you will by liable for the administration fee, and 50% of the full fee.
  • If you cancel within one week of your course, you will be liable for 100% of the fee.

Cancellations by Tayside Powerboats

  • Tayside Powerboats will endeavour to run all courses as planned. However, for operational reasons we may have to cancel/amend your booking.
  • In the event of cancellation of any booking, Tayside Powerboats clients will be offered either:
  • Full refund of any fees paid.
  • Transfer to another agreed date.
